My Gun is on but not throwing

1. Make sure you are using regular orange basketballs. Black or white basketballs will not work with The Gun.

2. Clean the photo eye sensor that recognizes when a ball is loaded into the machine. If the sensor is covered in dust, it will not read the basketball to throw it out. 

With the unit unplugged, wipe off the top of the photo eye, as shown below. On your machine, the photo eye will be either white plastic with a white top or silver-colored metal with a black top. It is mounted vertically below where the ball sets before being thrown out of the machine. Just wipe the top off with a cloth or similar.
