My Gun is not turning on
- With the Gun plugged in and turned on, press the manual throw button.
- If the manual throw button does NOT work
- Double-check that the extension cord and outlet are good.
- If power is present:
- Press the red reset button on the big blue throwing motor and then try the manual throw button again.
- Check the position of the throwing arm - If it is laying down flat, stuck all the way up, or sitting halfway up.
- Call customer service at 800-294-4654 while you are with your machine
- If the manual throw button does work but there are no lights on the Gun, call customer service at 800-294-4654 while you are with your machine.
