Warranty by Product Type

New Models (The Gun 6000, 8000, 10K, 12K, 14X)

• Parts Warranty: 5 years

Certified Used Models

• Parts Warranty: 3 years

The Gun Home Edition

• Parts Warranty: 2 years

• Netting: 1 year
  Important: The Home Edition is intended solely for residential use. Use in commercial, institutional, or high-volume environments will void the warranty.

Warranty by Usage Type

Warranty coverage may vary depending on how and where your machine is used:

• Residential Use

  • Full warranty applies as listed per model

  • Intended for use in private homes only

  • The Home Edition must be used exclusively in residential settings — use outside the home voids the warranty
    

• Standard Commercial Use

  • Full warranty applies as listed per model

  • Includes schools, gyms, training centers, and recreational facilities with moderate daily use
    

• High Volume Commercial Use

  • 1-year warranty on all parts and netting, regardless of model

  • Applies to intense, high-traffic environments such as but not limited to:

    • Training facilities with shooting stations

    • 24/7 access gyms

    • Programs running multiple sessions per day with constant use

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Replacement of defective parts

• Ground shipping of replacement parts within the United States and Canada

• Step-by-step illustrated installation instructions

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

• Labor or installation service costs

• Freight or shipping of the machine

• Damage caused by:

  • Water, misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications or disassembly

  • Use outside of intended purpose or operating environment

  • Power surges or improper power supply

• Use of The Gun Home Edition in any non-residential setting

Warranty Terms

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims

• Shoot-A-Way reserves the right to inspect the machine or request additional information to process claims
